My Background
I have been fortunate to have a successful and engaging career in insurance; first from a top-performing salesperson, to a local leader, a regional leader, a COO, and a CEO. In 2020, I sold the firm that I was both an owner and CEO.
The most rewarding aspect of all these roles and years has been mentoring, coaching, guiding, advising and recruiting professionals. I LOVE doing it.
Now it is time for me to embrace what I love to do and start my new chapter. I am now a recruiter and looking forward to giving back to the industry, helping solve problems for a company needing its future leaders, and helping professionals improve, be inspired, and find the right role for them and their families.
